Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME clients by proactively generating and managing a pipeline of leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Develop and implement plans to expand the financing business, including identifying target markets, assessing customer needs, and designing tailored financing solutions.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of financing deals, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the financing portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, operations, and risk management, to develop and deliver comprehensive financing solutions that meet customer requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership activities, sales pipeline, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our financing offerings.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the financing sector to ensure compliance is adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of related Business Development experience.
- Financial Services/Funding Societies with managing SME accounts.
- B2B Network with high-profile SME clients including Construction/ Hospitality/ Telecommunications/ Device Channel Sales and other related services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Must be self-starter / self-motivated, focused and goal-oriented.
