JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To perform agreement stamping in LHDN portal, delivery to customer, registration and archiving in DTS.
- Improve the operation flow of DMS operation and ensure all process running smoothly and comply with guideline and procedure.
- Ensure implementation of proper filing and arrangement of customer documents.
- Controlling of customer documents and agreements and document retrieval as and when requested by other parties.
- To provide full support to other department and branches nationwide in term of customer service and improvement solution.
- Work closely with other section in order to ensure operation run smoothly
- Assist other Section / Unit operation as ad hoc basis.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in general or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
