Job Description: Admin Assistant Internship
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
o Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
o Manage office supplies, including inventory checks and placing orders.
o Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
o Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
o Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
o Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
o Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
o Update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
o Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and activities.
o Help coordinate logistics, including venue, materials, and catering arrangements.
o Provide administrative assistance to HR department
o Assist with research, compiling data, and preparing documents for reports.
o Participate in and support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
