- Assist and contribute in determining the IT business needs of the organization; create business scenarios, system flowchart, & acceptance criteria
- Prepare all test scenarios given by the process owners and system users.
- Formulate a test plan to include a test schedule, system/module to be tested, the databases/tables/data to be tested, test scenarios and the expected results.
- Conduct all system/software testing
- Based on the analysis and together with the application developers propose solution/s to address the bugs and errors found during the test phase.
- Continuously assess and benchmark existing systems for inefficiencies; resources used, user experience, competitor’s alternative solution
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
- Recommend improvements in the software to enhance user experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology
- At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Software Quality Assurance, Software User Acceptance, Testing, System Documentation
- Working knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions.
- Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
- Basic Networking Skills.
- Working knowledge on basic programming and internet tools (e.g. Web Browsing, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS)
- Sound Documentation and Communication Skills.
