角色職責:

管理通話、即時聊天查詢。

將所有查詢鍵入系統。

簡單的每日活動報告。

根據客戶的臨時項目進行資料輸入和資料驗證。

要求:

SPM持有者(歡迎應屆生)。

至少 1 年呼叫中心經驗。有零售背景的呼叫中心代理者優先。

良好的英語和馬來語溝通能力。

良好的態度、人際溝通能力和客戶服務技巧。

願意輪班工作,並擁有自己的出行交通工具。

週六、週日和公共假期必須工作。
