Cosy Hauz is seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a streamlined recruitment process that not only fills positions but also aligns with our company culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Create a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and make data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
