In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to management and staff, supporting organizational growth by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. The HR Business Partner will focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that enhance performance and drive organizational success.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee relations efforts, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement talent management and development strategies that promote employee growth and career progression.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, performance management, and compliance.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve workforce strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partner capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
