Job Title: Executive Assistant with Social Media Management Skills

Location: Fully-Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (tentative)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant with experience in social media management to support our client's executive team and manage their social media presence. This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who can manage executive schedules, assist in project coordination, and maintain our social media platforms. If you have excellent organizational skills, experience in content creation, and enjoy handling both administrative tasks and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and handle follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with email and communication management, responding on behalf of executives when needed.
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring timely progress and updates.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
