OceanaGold are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Document Controller to provide assistance and guidance in documented information to all OGPI and contractors to ensure compliance documented information requirements and support the organization through proper management and control of documented information. The role will report to the Document Control Supervisor.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitors compliance with document or records tracking procedure for efficient access and retrieval;
- Retrieves records and generates report according to queries that are timely and accurate;
- Receiving, quality check, organizing, proper filing, storage, archive, retrieve and dispose of documented information;
- Check accuracy of documented information, upload in the system and publish to SharePoint as applicable;
- Provides accurate and consistent data, measurements and information on all paperwork and specifications required to accomplish tasks;
- Contributes in formulating audit plans and the audit resource implications for review by an immediate supervisor;
- Gathers and analyzes audit evidence and submits recommendations to immediate supervisor; and
- Discusses minor issues and findings and makes recommendations on how to address them.
