Scope of Role

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Global Salesforce Lead and will maintain our Salesforce platform. You have a firm understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and be able to customize and support the platform to meet the needs of different teams.

As a Salesforce Administrator you will:

1. Provide daily support to users by managing the BAU tickets. Tasks include:

  • User management (creating/deactivating users, assigning roles/permissions).
  • Data management (import/export, deduplication, data cleansing).
  • Report/dashboard creation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Security management (profiles, roles, permissions)

2. Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and scalability.

  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields and page layouts to improve business processes.
  • Create automation tools such as Flow.

3. Work with internal departments such as sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to understand requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that enhance Salesforce functionality.

4. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Implement new features and provide post-implementation support to users

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Desirable Experience with the following platforms:
    1. Pardot
    2. Salesforce CPQ
    3. Conga
    4. Certinia
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flow, Lightning Experience, formula fields, validation rules.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical partners and collaborate with teams.
  • Experience organizing and managing data meticulously, ensuring high accuracy and integrity in records, reports, and documentation.
  • Willingness to work on a hybrid setup, reporting onsite at least 1-2 days a week to our Makati office
