Provide expert support and improvements for our primary ERP system, PRONTO, focusing on various modules, including Finance, Project, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management. Support Philippines / Singapore OceanaGold business units and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Some key accountabilities include:
- Deliver Level 2 support for PRONTO and its integrations across various functional areas.
- Support various IT Audit processes and lead audit remediation activities as needed.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and usability.
- Adhere to established Change Management processes, including working within a 3 Tier environment and utilising ServiceNow.
- Educate and support key users through training sessions and the provision of appropriate documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including Applications, Engineering, Help Desk, and Corporate, to align on project goals and support needs.
