Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate these into effective HR strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives to drive business performance.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the skincare industry.
- Involve in recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and review appraisal results to identify strengths, and areas for improvement across the organization.
- Advise managers on effective performance management techniques and tools.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate disciplinary measures that compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of HR experience in a similar role, with a focus on industrial relations, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management within a diverse workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a commitment to fairness and equity.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
