We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Management: Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including managing contacts, workflows, and marketing automation processes.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales conversions.
- Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies through email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other channels using HubSpot tools.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, track leads, and ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and features to maximize usage across the organization.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing while using Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem solver with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets twice a month at a minimum.
