We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listening to digital recording files and accurately populating Excel spreadsheets with pertinent information. This role requires excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Listen to digital recording files and transcribe the information accurately into Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure all data is entered correctly and consistently.
• Review and verify the accuracy of the transcribed information.
• Maintain organized records of all transcriptions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks.
• Proven experience as a Transcriptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent listening and typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in transcription is a plus.
