Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative VA with a strong background in digital marketing to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various digital channels, including email outreach, social media, and direct messaging.
  • Conduct product presentations, handle inquiries, and follow up with prospective clients to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and marketing metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve sales outcomes.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
  • Assist with creating sales materials, presentations, and other digital marketing assets as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation progress.

  • Proven experience in a sales representative role, preferably as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
