We have just started the search for Virtual Assistant in the Philippines who will work directly with the CEO of one of our US based partner MSPs in a dynamic and engaging role . Duties
- Performing meeting preparations for CEO - agenda, ensuring it's a useful meeting, researching/summarizing the last meeting, searching the social media of meeting attendees for relevant information
- Assisting with Monday Strategy meeting prep, pulling numbers etc.
- Ensuring CEO has context on those he is communicating with
- Gifting - researching and finding "wow gifts" CEO
- Social media for CEO - LinkedIn responses
- Booking company travel/accommodation/hotels/parking etc.
- Calendar management
- Provide essential administrative support
To succeed in this role, we don't expect you to have skills in all of these areas but a working knowledge will give you an advantage:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support
- Well-organized, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task
- Experience working with CEO/top-level management
- Outstanding organizational and management skills
- Must possess our company values- passionate, honest+ forthright, endless improving, focused on exceptional service
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ConnectWise is a plus but not required
- Willing to work on a night shift
