Amazon Account Manager

We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Amazon Account Manager to join our client's e-commerce team.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
- Handled Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central.
- Fixing listings, managing feedback & reviews, creating posts, and opening cases.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Proven experience in Amazon and Walmart Account Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central, fixing listings, creating posts, and opening cases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Cental.
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
