About the role
First Circle’s people team is not a typical HR department. Your goal in this role is to create an environment where the best talent in country can thrive alongside international staff. The role will require a person who can innovate and create an exceptional experience for our people whilst delivering the basics exceptionally well. We take HR as seriously as any other business challenge, and the successful candidate will have the potential to grow their responsibilities and impact our mission dramatically from day one.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the People team with tasks and initiatives related to:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that provide a positive employee experience while complying with PH labor laws.
- Managing Employee data and our HR Information system to understand our employees better and to ensure we put in the right initiatives that will allow the team to hit People Metrics.
- Ensuring First Circle has a work environment (physical and online) that is conducive to productivity.
- Maximizing employee engagement through team events, perks, and benefits.
