Commercial Leadership
- Delivery of business Sales Medium Business target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset;
- To drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization;
- To develop a sales strategy and go-to-market execution plans, with a focus on growing revenue in new clients along with former NielsenIQ clients;
- To build and empower a team that is accountable for the delivery of business goals and targets.
- To develop the right offerings for SMB, the affordable price points to penetrate SMB clients
Financial Acumen
- Own and manage SMB P&L in your respective market, delivering revenue and EBITDA targets;
- To build and deliver the SMB annual operating plan, achieving revenue and cost targets;
- To manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings.
Client Leadership
- Build SMB client prospect database
- Segment SMB clients by their data expertise & need state, to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain points
- Work with Marcom to develop compelling content and campaign specifically for SMB, to build awareness and generate qualified leads
- Actively engage with clients & taking ownership;
- Be the voice of SMB client into NIQ, and the voice of NIQ into the client;
- To ensure client centricity and satisfaction.
Be an Ambassador
- To represent the NIQ brand in the SMB market, participating in external events and professional speaking engagements;
- To be a role model internally, participate in company events and activities
