- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and develop training materials, presentations, and resources for various employee development programs.
- Support the logistics and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and participant communication.
- Help create engaging multimedia content, including videos, e-learning modules, and interactive activities, to enhance the effectiveness of training materials.
- Assist in the administration of the LMS, including course enrollment, tracking training completion, and generating reports.
- Collect feedback from participants and assist in analyzing training evaluation data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent development and organizational learning as assigned.
