Job Title: Apparel Management Assistant

Our agency is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Assistant with strong experience in the Apparel/Fashion Industry and knowledge of QuickBooks. This role involves managing day-to-day office tasks, financial data entry, and inventory tracking to support our apparel business.
Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
- Support the management of product inventory using Quickbooks and ApparelMagic (training available if needed).
- Assist in order processing, tracking inventory levels, and updating product details.
- Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-up communications.
- Prior work experience as a Virtual Assistant, Accounting, or related role in the Apparel/Fashion Industry.
- Previous work experience with QuickBooks.
- Knowledge or familiarity with ApparelMagic or other apparel Apparel management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with teams and clients.
