Job Description:
- Able to handle full set account including cash flow management, monitoring bank balance, and bank reconciliation.
- Process supplier invoices & expense claims, petty cash disbursement and administer internet banking activities, including processing of local and overseas payments.
- Check and verify supplier invoices and data entry into computerized accounting system.
- Prepare of other accounting documents such as Receipt Vouchers & Payment Vouchers.
- Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretaries.
- Maintain proper accounting records & filling system.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is added advantage.
- Self motivated, Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
- English, BM and BC speaking and writing skill.
