Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manifest Submission.
  • Ensure all necessary information and documents concerning inbound charges are accurately disseminated to concern parties.
  • Ensure prompt payments are made on time with carriers and co-loaders
  • Monitoring of KPIs that includes SOI,SOC,DQ, UFF
  • Ensure accuracy of P&L, Debit Note and Credit Note before confirming.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry in CW, invoice issuance and closing of shipment file per KPI requirement.
  • Resolution of issues for first level escalations.
  • Keep the system updated and ensure billing to client upon arrival of vessel.
  • Liase with Bureau of Customs with regards to customs formalities and issues
  • Endorses import documents prior to cargo owner’s representative/brokers for processing at the Bureau of Customs
  • Communicates with origin Agents and internal COS team
  • Check all required documents and compliance: commercial invoice, packing list, cargo compliance (nature/ geography)
  • Securing valid QM/OSG prior the arrival of shipments
  • Securing Debit Note from origin, if any
  • Input up to date information in CW1: Tasks, milestones, events, deviations, and any other relevant information to guarantee execution of the shipment and data quality according to customer’s SOP and our internal standards.
  • Submits documents for billing to biller based on the agreed KPI and send billing invoice to consignee/brokers.
  • Prepares documents to CFS operators for container pullout
  • Coordinate with CFS container stripping status and monitor unreleased cargoes.


  • Must possess any Bachelor's Degree or Logistics and Transportation
  • Has at least minimum of three (3) years work experience in Logistics and Freight Forwardinf Industry
  • Prior experience in freight forwarding, particularly in air and sea freight, is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and powerpoint
  • Ability to provide value added business solutions and alternatives
