OVERVIEW:
As the Trading Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day communications for the entire Support process from initial query to resolution for our B2B clients.
THE CHALLENGE:
- To ensure that trading related customer queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and to the highest possible standard.
- Provide ongoing QA of the Support process to management.
- Regular liaison with the Trading Services department to ensure best practice is achieved at all times – report key issues and product extensions to drive improvement in the pre-match and MTS products.
- Liaising with traders across our global offices to ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner – build an in-depth knowledge of different team’s responsibilities.
- Escalation of internal/external technical issues and following this throughout it's life-cycle.
- Supporting the Daily Risk and Odds Management of our Trading Products.
