Job Description:
- Data entry for Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Issue invoice / delivery order (DO)
- Prepare the payments for Supplier and Subcontractor invoices
- Check and key in petty cash
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Work closing with procurement department
- Other ad hoc accounting work assign as require
Job Requirements:
- Min Certificate in Business Studied / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least have 1-2 years related experiences in Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Knowledge in using MYOB and SQL preferred
- Positive attitude and team player
