- Assisting in the creation and conceptualization of various forms of communications plans
- Assisting the Communications and Media Relations Specialist in conducting research on recent news and stories related to the company, competitors and the industry
- Help manage content on social media, particularly online communities that are related to foodpanda and other channels
- Monitoring corporate PR issues (national and local issue), including flagging potential issues brewing in the industry
- Provide support in building micro-influencer database from Facebook groups, TikTok, YouTube and other social content platforms
- Assisting team members in projects, reports, events, and initiatives as needed
