Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Social Media and Marketing Support:

- Create and schedule posts using tools like Canva or Hootsuite.
- Engage with followers and monitor social media metrics.
- Data Entry and Research:
- Input data into CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Conduct online research and compile relevant information.
- Project Management:
- Track and monitor the progress of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
