We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Duty Engineer to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. As a Duty Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our facility's engineering systems and equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate daily engineering operations, including staff briefings and work assignments
- Manage planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, and fire & life safety equipment
- Supervise team members, ensuring safe work practices and efficient operations
- Monitor and manage contractor work, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
- Prepare consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas
- Develop and maintain staff training programs, including induction for new employees
- Create weekly staff schedules and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with hotel fire & life safety and emergency procedures
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and adhere to hotel policies
