Your Responsibilities

As our Director of Sales Enablement and Strategy, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and enabling our sales teams to thrive in a competitive global market. This strategic leadership role offers you the chance to shape and implement innovative processes, leverage cutting-edge technology, and foster collaboration across diverse teams. With a focus on optimizing workflows, nurturing leads, and delivering actionable data, your contributions will directly impact the organization’s growth and success.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee and develop a high-performing team of 10+ members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Enhance Sales Operations: Ensure data quality in Salesforce, streamline workflows from lead to close, and define KPIs to drive performance.
  • Support Sales Success: Provide sales teams with resources such as contact research, company briefings, and RFI/RFP support to enhance client engagement.
  • Innovate Processes: Continuously assess and improve sales processes, automating tasks and addressing bottlenecks to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Drive Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business development and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and refine lead-nurturing initiatives.
  • Deliver Insights: Provide competitive, market, and regulatory intelligence to empower teams and guide decision-making
