About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical IT Analyst (Sourcing) to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and sourcing IT talent, technologies, and services to meet the strategic needs of the organization. You will play a key role in the sourcing process, ensuring that the right resources are available for projects while optimizing costs and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent and Vendor Sourcing

  • Identify and source qualified IT professionals, technologies, and vendors for organizational projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key technology providers, staffing agencies, and freelancers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies, and potential vendors.

Supplier and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and manage partnerships with external suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project and staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze sourcing data to evaluate the effectiveness of suppliers, talent acquisition channels, and resource allocation.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track sourcing performance, costs, and resource availability.
  • Present insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and future sourcing strategies.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements in the sourcing process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work with HR, procurement, and project teams to streamline talent acquisition and vendor selection processes.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Provide recommendations on strategic sourcing options and cost-effective approaches for technology solutions and IT talent.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in IT sourcing, recruitment, or vendor management.
    • Familiarity with IT project needs, staffing solutions, and vendor management processes.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
    • Proficiency in sourcing tools, talent management systems, and procurement platforms.
    • Knowledge of contract negotiation, vendor management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Certifications (preferred):
    • Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD).
    • ITIL Foundation Certification.
    • HR or Recruitment-related certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
