- Prepare guests' orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
- Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
- Prepares the beverage, food, and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels, shortages and supplies.
