Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM EST (30hrs weekly then will add up if needed)
We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our client's e-commerce team.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
- Handled Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central.
- Fixing listings, managing feedback & reviews, creating posts, and opening cases.
- Perform keyword research.
- Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Proven experience in Amazon and Walmart Account Management.
- In-depth knowledge of fixing listings, creating posts, keyword research, and opening cases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Central.
- Needs to be enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to be trained
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
