Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Phone Support & Sales Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Upsell: Engage with new customers, introducing them to our brand and upselling additional products to meet their needs.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
- Billing Support: Address and resolve basic billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- Interest in or willingness to learn about golf to better connect with customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $600 per month.
- Monthly Incentives: Starting at $350, based on performance.
