Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service and Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer support with digital marketing, focusing on handling customer inquiries via live chat and email while also managing and monitoring Google Ad campaigns. Experience with Google Ads is preferred, but we’re willing to provide training for the customer service aspect of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat on the website.
- Address and resolve customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide intuitive, customer-focused solutions with a positive attitude.
- Google Ads Management
- Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ad campaigns to ensure performance aligns with company goals.
- Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements for better ROI.
- Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and algorithm changes.
- General Administrative Tasks
- Document and track customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights on customer needs and campaign performance.
- Prior experience with Google Ads or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong written communication skills for email and live chat responses.
- Ability to learn customer service tools and processes quickly.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for ad campaign management.
