• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networking, and security frameworks relevant to banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking applications, compliance requirements, and best practices in data security.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing technology professionals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and experience in implementing banking technology projects.
