  • Review financials and monitor submissions in SAP/OneStream for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Group Timelines.

  • Drive a customer-centric approach by building partnerships and open discussions to capture developing concerns, issues, and identify best practices. Conduct regular monthly business reviews with the local stakeholders.

  • Manage and resolve escalations, risks, and opportunities raised/identified.

  • Responsible for leading the R2R team and keeping a high level of employee engagement.

  • Ensure proper documentation and authorization for manual journal entries.

  • Provide complete and timely R2R support in various audits and review requirements ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

  • Reconciles subsidiary and general ledger accounts.

  • Drive change management and related implementations in positively transforming the service delivery.

  • Set up appropriate performance targets and conduct timely performance reviews to develop team members and address issues/concerns.

  • Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead, R2R Service Delivery.

  • Coach and mentor the team to improve performance and engagement.
