- To conduct market intelligence and identify market needs
- To identify & solicit potential customers and projects to secure business
- To develop new and existing accounts and expand business through-face-to-face contact with customers
- To ensure the number of prospect calls each month does not fall below the agreed standard
- To ensure there is full knowledge of all the key customers decision makers and key influencers
- To build strong and profitable relationship with personnel in customer organization
- To understand the Doka brand, products, and services completely and how they compare with competition
- To maintain and update customer records and enquiry status
- To manage and maintain a pipeline capable of delivering the budget
Sales
- To respond to sales enquires and convert them into orders
- To provide clients with quotations and technical assistance
- To service clients on a regular basis and provide formwork know-how
- To maximize revenue from clients
- To manage projects/determine project sales strategy (cost planning, pricing of tender, determine revenue and negotiate terms and conditions of contract)
- To collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the most efficient formwork design is applied
- To devise the most profitable way to win and service business for the company
Customer Management
- To be accountable to all credit interactions with customer and ensure payment is received in full
- To ensure customer satisfaction with equipment and production delivery.
- To collaborate with operations team to ensure that delivery is made on time
Marketing
- To participate in all sales and marketing activities to promote and enhance branding image of the company
- To engaged actively in promoting Doka brand in Social Media Platform
