The Learning & Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that will enhance employee skills and performance across Publicis Groupe Philippines. Collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), this role will support employee development initiatives that align with individual and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Design and Development
- Collaborate with HRBPs and key stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Develop learning materials (e-learning modules, training manuals, workshops, etc.) tailored to business objectives and employee needs.
2. Collaboration with HRBPs
- Work with HRBPs to align L&D programs with workforce planning, performance management, and career development strategies.
- Gather feedback from HRBPs to ensure training programs address specific departmental needs.
3. Facilitation of Learning
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring alignment with HRBP-driven goals.
- Coordinate with external training providers for specialized sessions where necessary.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Regularly review training content in collaboration with HRBPs, ensuring it meets evolving business and employee needs.
