- Prepare calculations, filing, and remittance of all related taxes to ensure compliance with tax rules and regulations.
- Manage tax requirements on refund claims, Tax Treaty Relief Applications (TTRA) and responding to letters/notices from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
- Provide advice and guidance on tax-related queries to help minimize risks or maximize tax-saving opportunities.
- Perform the balance sheet reconciliation for tax related accounts
- Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Oversee the renewal of business permits and other municipal tax requirements.
- Conduct tax update training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support for the financial planning and forecasting of tax related disbursements
- Liaise with Corporate Secretary for the preparation and handling of legal documents
- Work closely with the Asia and International tax teams requiring PH assistance
- Preparing ad-hoc non-recurring report as and when required internally by management
