Medical Trainer - Physiotherapy Portfolio

Training:

• Take responsibility for the physiotherapy portfolio, ensuring comprehensive management and delivery.
• Provide customer-focused training, product education, product demonstrations, mentoring, and support services.
• Assist the sales team with in-clinic product demonstrations.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate and efficient arrangements for product detailing and demonstrations during exhibitions.
• Manage, report, and follow up with healthcare professionals (HCPs) on any product quality complaints or adverse events with the relevant department.
• Stay updated with the latest knowledge on aesthetic principles and beauty concepts.

Internal Training:

• Drive training initiatives and identify suitable training solutions for internal team members.
• Enhance the performance of trainers through ongoing development.
• Plan and conduct sales team training sessions to improve their knowledge of competitor products, company offerings, scientific reviews, and objection-handling techniques.

Physiotherapy Portfolio:

• Stay informed and updated on the latest developments in the physiotherapy portfolio.
• Assess patients' physical conditions and provide appropriate evaluations.
• Formulate treatment plans tailored to patients' conditions and needs.
• Plan and organize physiotherapy and fitness programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Stay current with new physiotherapy technologies and techniques.
• Comply with government regulations related to physiotherapy practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in physiotherapy.
• Experience working as a physiotherapist.
