Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Biller/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. She will be responsible for managing billing processes and data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Monday.com, and fluency in French for effective communication with French-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
    • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation:
    • Perform periodic account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Client Communication:
    • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and updates, both in English and French.
    • Address and resolve billing disputes or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately input financial and billing data into QuickBooks Online and other systems.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records in Google Sheets and Monday.com.
  • Operational Support:
    • Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and workflow efficiency.
    • Assist in generating financial and billing reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or data entry.
  • Must be female
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Monday.com.
  • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
