Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketers/Cold Callers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and identifying opportunities for real estate sales or investment. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in real estate or sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate real estate leads.
  • Engage with property owners, buyers, or investors to understand their needs and interest.
  • Follow call scripts to introduce properties, services, and opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for the real estate agents or sales team.
  • Update and maintain an organized database of leads, call outcomes, and client interactions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads to convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to address client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion goals.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales
  • Real estate experience
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and call documentation.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • A self-starter with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Real estate market knowledge or experience in lead generation for real estate.
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads for residential or commercial properties.
  • Multitasking skills and ability to handle client objections calmly and professionally.
