Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketers/Cold Callers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and identifying opportunities for real estate sales or investment. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate real estate leads.
- Engage with property owners, buyers, or investors to understand their needs and interest.
- Follow call scripts to introduce properties, services, and opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the real estate agents or sales team.
- Update and maintain an organized database of leads, call outcomes, and client interactions.
- Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads to convert prospects into opportunities.
- Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to address client concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales
- Real estate experience
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and call documentation.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- A self-starter with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
Preferred Skills:
- Real estate market knowledge or experience in lead generation for real estate.
- Ability to identify and qualify leads for residential or commercial properties.
- Multitasking skills and ability to handle client objections calmly and professionally.
