- Will assist in shipment documentation for customs submission
- Track shipments documents and other requirements submitted by the supplier
- Help prepare expenses charges for the shipments
- Communicate with the broker for all receipts and reimbursements
- Preparing the cost sheet of all shipments arrived
- All other bank related concerns and deliverables
