Shift: Night Shift
The Business Operations team lead is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing
various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate
will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service
level requirements as well as being the point of contact of the team.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in
support of the following areas:
o Submission Clearance
o Policy & Endorsement Issuance
o Other operations, as needed.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications.
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables.
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed.
• Responsible for Daily Operations of the team (Workload and Workforce
Management)
• Manage Team Attendance, Team Schedule, and PTO
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process of staff.
• Coordinate with Manager for Capacity Planning
• Coordinate Training (New Hire or Cross Training) and suggest training plan to
Manager.
• Ability to prepare Monthly Production & Quality Reports and Analysis
