Shift: Night Shift
The operations associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the Ceded & Captive Reinsurance Operations.
- Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
- Treaty Set up/Profiling
- Facultative Set up/Profiling
- Captive Set up/Profiling
- Reinsurance identification/calculation
- Financial Data Processing/Reconciliation
- Reinsurance reporting & record keeping
- Other work streams as needed
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
