After receiving proper training/mentoring, you will be expected to:

• Create and update Audit Protocols: in collaboration with technical team Minimize the protocol edition time by using the most efficient method, ensure they meet client’s requirements and are well set-up for Auditor use.
• Maintain customer's data: maintain customer's audit data or extra system/platform to ensure the completion of the audit result and audit follow up status.
• Give a good service level: Reach the requirements and the deadlines of the different requests received from internal/external QIMA team members.
• Provide user experience feedback to the IT Product team so the tool is continuously getting shaped in the most meaningful/efficient way.

As a Manufacturing Audit Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality of reports delivered to our customers driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

You will be in direct contact with customers where clarification or update of protocol are required. Monthly KPI data preparation and review will be required. You will also support the audit team in achieving timely delivery of reports.

You will be responsible for training of auditors to ensure the consistency of reports submitted in terms of quality.

You will be directly reporting to the Manufacturing Audit Manager.

Key responsbilities include:

• Review Manufacturing Audit Reports to evaluate if they meet our clients‘ requirements.

• Communicate any report issues and recommendations to our certification team.

• Follow-up on necessary corrective action

• Provide technical expertise and advice to our teams and our clients.

• Preparation and update of new Manufacturing Audit Protocol.

• Preparation of training material for auditors.

• Participation and preparation of KPI for customer’s meeting where required.

• Other tasks arranged by the management team.
