About the role:

Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time

Salary: up to Php 45,000 per month depending on skills and experience
About the Job:
We're looking for a motivated and communication-savvy Account Manager to join our team. You'll become a trusted advisor for our US-based clients, fostering strong partnerships, driving results, and creating vibrant client communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the Client Hero: As the primary point of contact for assigned US clients, you'll manage daily interactions, exceed expectations, and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
- Build Client Communities: Foster a sense of connection among our US clients by organizing events, creating communication channels, and offering networking opportunities to encourage collaboration.
- Drive Client Success: Partner with clients to define goals, tackle challenges, and provide ongoing support to optimize their results.
- Grow Happy Clients: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while prioritizing long-term value and client growth.
- Deliver Projects Smoothly: Assist team members with project management for US clients, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Help generate client reports and analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and gather valuable Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to inform future strategies.
- Expand Our Network: Leverage strong client relationships to identify and secure referrals, fostering our business growth.
- Develop Your Leadership Skills: Participate in leadership development programs to hone your skills and prepare for future advancement within the company.
- Experience: at least 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, or related roles.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, Notion, HubSpot and other CRM and project management tools
- Remote Ready: You're a pro at remote work, comfortable with the latest tech tools, and can collaborate seamlessly with a distributed team. Self-motivated and adaptable to remote work environments.
- Organized Chaos Tamer: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple tasks, and never break a sweat. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
