• Ensures correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the Certification Center.
• Assess product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the Business Rules on conformity assessment, import eligibility and process flows, Conformity Assessment Instructions (CAIs), and other related references.
• Provides quality and technically based opinion on product standards and certification.
• Assists in the resolution of standards and certification cases and other requests and or inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity.

• Provides applicable product standards on the Report based on the Business Rules, using the SGS proprietary processing software- eTrade and other similar or related references
• Issues CoC’s based on Business Rules and conformity assessment instructions.
• Formulates Product Instructions based on product safety and performance standards
• Attends to all other operational concerns regarding Report issuance which needs technical and experienced opinion.
• Review the quality of the information and completeness of the documents and ensures that it is correctly indexed in the system.
• Review the file administration and standards of the Reports to be issued
• Provides timely and effective responses to the network in relation to inquiries concerning essential product requirements, standards, and service request inquiries.
• Participates in the comprehensive investigation and evaluation of files with standards disputes.
• Sends inquiries to the affiliates or Contract Management Offices (CMO) for additional information.
• Escalate cases of non-response status or high-risk disputes to Supervisor or Management.
• Prepares the PCA Position Paper to present the detailed basis for Standard selection and other evaluation activities.
• Actively attends and participates in team and company meetings/assemblies
• Performs duties or other responsibilities which may be assigned by the Management
• Assist in the maintenance of the Company Quality Management System and the Certification Center’s compliance to the TIC-CBCA Code of Practice and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 17020, ISO 17065)

Your Career

As a member of the Palo Alto Networks sales team, you will report directly to the Country
Manager. Working exclusively within one of our strategic Customers and Partners in the
Philippines, you will be responsible for building and driving sales to exceed company
objectives and grow the account according to plan. You will be responsible pipeline
review, Demand Gen review, Channel Review, and overall performance management of
sales team activities within the account.

Your Impact
● In this key role, you will be managing the relationship with PLDT Group while
achieving and exceeding revenue targets for the account for both Sell to and
Sell thru
● Also, develop a business plan to maintain and expand our Managed Services
offering with them to support their enterprise customers
● Work closely with Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to build
complete solution based proposals
● Deliver well-inspected, accurate weekly sales forecasts and pipeline
management
● Ensure account team has well-documented account plan aligned with the value
proposition and differentiated strengths of the company

● Focused inspection of team activities on the account, leveraging relationships
to drive revenue
● Assure teams execute on leveraging alliances and relationships with key

● Evangelize the Palo Alto Networks Solution Portfolio as you focus on both
building a scalable, repeatable MSSP business with the providers and as you sell
