You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers get the most out of Simplesat while also contributing to revenue growth through strategic client relationships and product evangelism.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Expansion:

• Conduct tailored product demos to new and potential clients, showcasing Simplesat’s value proposition for their specific use cases.

• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities during onboarding by identifying additional features or higher-tier plans that benefit the client.

• Maintain a focus on converting trial users into paying customers, with clear onboarding strategies that emphasize ROI for the client.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to nurture leads and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active customer.

Customer Onboarding:

• Deliver a fun, engaging, and educational onboarding experience for new Simplesat users, ensuring they understand the platform's full capabilities.

• Guide customers through the onboarding process (via Zoom, email, and chat), helping them set up Simplesat within their CRM or helpdesk systems.

• Address any initial implementation challenges, providing creative solutions to ensure product success in their specific environment.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their first experiences with Simplesat are positive and that they see immediate value.

Customer Success & Retention:

• Proactively monitor account health during onboarding to ensure customers are effectively utilizing Simplesat.

• Reduce churn by working closely with active clients to maximize the value they get from the platform, providing ongoing product education and consultation.

• Use CRM data to track client activity and engagement, implementing personalized outreach for at-risk clients.

• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs, helping inform future feature development.

Support & Knowledge Building:

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues during the onboarding phase.

• Contribute to the growth of our knowledge base, helping to build detailed documentation for users to resolve common issues.

• Provide customer feedback to the product and support teams, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard in product planning and improvements.

You will drive sales and renewals for existing accounts in own scope, securing a sales pipeline, developing new revenue opportunities and maintain customer relationships for existing accounts.  

Responsibilities

• Develop solid and interconnected understanding of customer's industry/business/market/clusters. 
• Partnering with Customer Success and other relevant teams to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.

Email Account Coordinators work closely with SMEs within the extended Merkle Digital Messaging team to execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and provide quality campaign execution service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive development of email and production execution, producing timely and accurate campaigns.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, track open jobs, and drive account management efforts including maintaining responsibility for updating daily campaigns, follow up, and organizing account documentation. 
• Prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
• Successfully support activities that drive execution of clients’ marketing strategy.
• Produce error-free work, following standard operating procedures.
• Upskilling in email platform, project management platforms, and other platforms relevant to execution.
• Responsible for campaign monitoring and pulling post-launch campaign metrics.

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (01:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management
• At least 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptionally strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

What will you do?

• Client Job and Document Management:
• Handle client portal uploads and downloads.
• Process and organize documents received via email within client folders.
• Send email notifications to clients and tax preparers as needed.
• New Client Onboarding:
• Welcome new clients with an email introduction.
• Assign a unique Lacerte Tax ID number.
• Set up client portal login and send an access invitation.
• Create new client records in the firm's system, including client number, Outlook database entry, file folder creation, and setup in QuickBooks and LaCerte (if complete information is available).
• Send new client forms via email and track their response. Follow up on missing forms promptly.
• Update client status in Office Tools to "Docs In" and assign the file to a tax preparer.
• Document actions taken and any relevant comments in Office Tools for tracking purposes.
• Research and collect essential client business information, such as annual statements of information, business licenses, SOS#, EIN, DOB, and SSN (if applicable).
• Client Management and Communication:
• Add new client entities to the firm's software.
• Send engagement letters.
• Assign Lacerte numbers, set up folders and file shortcuts, and add group names in Office Tools.
• Communicate with clients as needed to provide excellent customer service.
• Tax Return Processing:
• Assemble completed client tax returns.
• Invoice clients for tax preparation services.
• Send tax returns to clients and follow up on unacknowledged deliveries.
• E-filing and Client Communication:
• Electronically file tax returns once signatures and payments are received.
• Document all actions within the practice management software.
• Monitor e-filing status and update client file records accordingly.
• Contact clients if additional documentation is needed for e-filing (e.g., 1095 forms or dependent information).
• Office Tools Management:
• Manage and track the Office Tools inbox for requests from different departments.
• Send follow-up reminders to ensure tasks are completed by relevant teams.
• Project and Client Support:
• Assist with various projects, including tax vouchers, extensions, annual engagement letters, and updating client and job information in Office Tools.
• Provide general support for Office Tools management tasks.
• Enter client data into LaCerte software and manage their client folders.
• Staff Support:
• Provide backup support to other staff members as needed.
