Responsibilities:
To input all customer orders with accuracy and effciency. To communicate with operations to ensure all approriate staff are aware of any changes. Accuracy in this role is essential as it forms the basis of information for daily operation.
- Input data from customer orders into job management system (simPRO).
- Prepare orders for scheduling.
- Provide daily updates to management.
- Provide management reports weekly and monthly.
- Maintain document control.
- Prepare and record meeting minutes.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Keep information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Respond to incoming emails and pass on to appropriate team members as required.
- Assist with administration as required.
